Tim Ott is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry and a career owner’s representative. Tim brings a unique perspective & understanding of a project owner’s needs and believes there is a better way to deliver projects. Specializing in Lean construction and integrated forms of agreement, he offers insights to the owner’s challenges of adopting these tools and techniques needed for successful Lean construction/IPD projects.
